Legal Description: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Rest Home Road (SR 1702), said point lying the following ( 2) calls and distances from a pk nail in the centerline of the intersection of SR 1702 and Honeycutt road (SR 1767); North 02 degrees 38 minutes 15 seconds west 198.07 feet and north 02 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds west 108.96 feet, and running from said beginning point with the centerline of sr 1702 north 03 degrees 09 minutes 53 seconds west 120.26 feet to a point; thence continuing with the centerline of SR 1702 north 04 degrees 12 minutes 31 seconds west 61.61 feet to a point, corner of Debbie Hoover as set out in deed book 1238, page 723 Catawba Registry; thence running with the Hover line south 89 degrees 31 minutes 19 seconds east 20.59 feet to an iron pin on the right of sr 1702; thence continuing with the Hoover line south 89 degrees 31 minutes 19 seconds east 192.62 feet to an iron pin in the line of Everett rocket heirs property; thence running with the rocket heirs line south 02 degrees 40 minutes 47 seconds east 192.34 feet to an iron pin; thence running north 86 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds west 188.20 feet to an iron pin in the right of way of sr 1702; thence continuing north 86 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds west 23.12 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing .906 acres more or less. This description is taken from an actual survey by Donald S. Miller, RLS, dated October 7, 1996 reference to which is made for a more complete and accurate description. The above description is made specifically subject to the right of way for sr 1702. “This being the same property conveyed to gates Health Care, Inc. by deed of Jeanne D. Lackey and Husband, Danny C. Lackey dated October 23, 1996 and recorded on October 31, 1966 in book 2007 at page 1068 in the office of the register of deeds for Catawba County, North Carolina.”
