This being according to a survey made on the 8th day of June, 1964, by James C. Gamble., registered surveyor. Tract 2- Beginning at a point N.4-10-30 E. 850.55 feet to E.I.P,; and running thence N.80-20-27 W. 114.41 feet to a point, thence N.5-32-30 E.97.15 feet to a point ;thence s.80-14-30 E. 112.10 feet to a point; thence s.4-10-30 W.97.15 feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.252 acres more or less, a copy of the survey by Henry L.
