Beginning at a railroad spike found in the centerline of Leonard Morgan Road (S.R. 1911), said spike being the common corner of the lands of Vera Ann Taylor (572-405) and the lands of Stancil Gradon Pope (436-750), thence North 57-31-57 West 235.49 ft. to another railroad spike in the centerline of Leonard Morgan Road;thence North 61-11-20 East 221.80 ft. to a new iron rebar; thence North 76-38-41 East 1,128.89 ft. to another new iron rebar; thence South 10-00-00 West 421.77 ft. to a 1.5” iron pipe; thence South 85-35-28 West 1,023.81 ft. o the point and place of Beginning, containing 8.28 acres, more or less, and being Tract One of the Ollie P. Griffin Heirs Property as shown on an unrecorded plat of survey by Russell Courtney & Associates, RLS dated September 16, 1995. See Estate File No. 90-E-438, Union County Clerk of Superior Court.
