Secretary O'Neill Says Execs Who Cook The Books Should Go To Jail

This morning on ABC's Good Morning America, Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill called the WorldCom Inc. scandal outrageous, said that executives who falsely certify company finances should go to jail and discussed President Bush's plan to hold corporate officers accountable, ensure better information for investors, and bolster our auditing and accounting system.
