	total Gross External Debt Payments Principal, subtracted $1 million under 4-6 and $1 million under 10-12, and added $1 million
	under 7-9, $1 million under 19-24 and $1 million under Over two years; and on total Gross External Debt Payments Interest,
	added $1 million under 10-12, $1 million under 13-18 and $1 million under Over two years.
